Chosen

Chosen

“Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes.”

— Ephesians 1:4

It’s my birthday! As I celebrate another year, and the new year, I wanted to share my word for 2025: Chosen.

Many people choose a word or intention at the beginning of the year to keep them focused. For me, Chosen is more than just a word—it’s a declaration of embracing who God created me to be. Last year, I found myself going through a difficult breakup, and in my vulnerability, I began to ask God why I felt like I was never chosen. I felt abandoned, rejected, and unseen. But God gently reminded me, I chose you. However, He also asked me a challenging question: Have you chosen you?

The honest answer was no. I had been pouring my energy into others, trying to meet expectations, and seeking validation externally. I wasn’t choosing myself—nurturing my own heart, dreams, and well-being. This year, I’ve committed to aggressively choosing myself every day.

Ephesians 1:4 beautifully reminds us that God chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault. His love for us is unconditional, but we must also choose to embrace that love by choosing who we are in Him.

To celebrate, I’m thrilled to introduce my newest collection—Chosen. This collection includes a luxurious candle and body fragrances designed to uplift and inspire. Each product is crafted with care, infused with the essence of self-worth, and a gentle reminder that you are chosen by God.

God has already chosen you, but have you chosen yourself? Reflect on how you can align your choices with His purpose for your life. What steps can you take to nurture your own well-being and live from a place of self-love and grace?

Prayer:

Lord, thank You for choosing me before the foundation of the world. Help me to choose myself in the same way—acknowledging my worth and living in alignment with the purpose You have for me. Guide me to walk boldly in Your love and grace. Amen.

Takeaway:

Choosing yourself is not selfish—it’s a pathway to deeper understanding of God’s love and the purpose He has for you. My new Chosen candle and body fragrances are here to help you embrace that truth and carry it with you throughout your day.

Have you chosen a word or intention for the year? Share in the comments below! I’d love to hear what focus you’re embracing in 2025.
